The Connect2 Community Network (C2C Network) has two open seats on its Advisory Group. As background, the C2C Network is a community information exchange (CIE) that aims to strengthen care coordination in King County by connecting social service, community, tribal, physical and behavioral health organizations. It will improve access to, and coordination between, the many different services that people need to be healthy.

The C2C Network Advisory Group is the governing body that oversees this CIE. It is recruiting to fill two open seats: 1) a regional consumer or community coalition representative, and 2) a representative from a community-based organization that serves criminal justice involved individuals.
